As the Broker/Owner of Weichert REALTORS® Property Partners, Terri is passionate about helping agents grow their businesses through exceptional training, mentorship, and unwavering support.
Originally from Chicago and a Dallas resident since 1990, Terri began her professional career in nursing, earning a Master’s Degree in Nursing and serving as faculty at Indiana University Nursing School. She later transitioned into real estate, where her passion for education and relationship-building quickly established her as one of Texas’ most respected brokerage leaders.
Before launching Property Partners, Terri served as a branch manager for Ebby Halliday and Coldwell Banker, leading the #1 office in Texas for five consecutive years. Earlier in her career, she was recognized as the Top Independent Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker Collin County, demonstrating her commitment to excellence in both sales and leadership.
Terri is widely recognized for her dedication to professional education and ethical leadership. She teaches the NAR Code of Ethics, serves on the Texas REALTORS® Professional Standards Committee, authored six Texas REALTORS® continuing education courses, edited the nationally recognized Law of Agency textbook for Dearborn Publishing, and served for six years on the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) Broker-Lawyer Committee. She also taught pre-licensing courses at Collin College and continues to support the next generation of real estate professionals.
